My sister in-law's friend said that you should never have to pay for toothpaste if you do it right. She had a whole list of things you should never have to pay for again, including hair color. She's one of those people who can actually make money when they go shopping
There are many site's that can give you more hints and coupons. It help's the budget, yep...even Grandma's gotta pinch pennies.
