Try to cut her hair yourself and when you mess it up, take her somewhere and tell them the story how you messed up and they will tell you what to do instead! That's how I was able to cut Kaelyn's last week. I've messed up her hair a lot and had to take her somewhere to get it fixed. Although, I haven't tried the bangs yet, but they told me how to do that too.
